Guest guest
As we are speaking of shastra and references. I have a question. Where is the word " Hindu " found in ANY Vedic literature? Where has this word come from? Why are Sanatan-dharmis (now) called Hindus? When did this begin? " Christianity " NAME stated with Christ, Buddhism started with Buddha, Islam started with what's his name? But since when did we become " Hindus " ? in 1967 I was initiated as a Vaishnav (Dvaitavadin) in Sanantan Dharma and guess I became a " Hindu " then. But why? This is a sincere question.
