Guest guest
Once a person came to visit me. They showed me they were wearing cashewnut type - and proud of having such " eka-mukhi " - and I remember thinking to him, " better get yourself a 5 mukhi Rudraksha for Good luck, too! " Or the forumla: One cashewnut type + one 5 mukhi= ONE Rudraksha. Best wishes, Richard sacred-objects , " panditarjun2004 " <panditarjun2004 wrote: > > dear friends > > few years ago, since few customers demanded, i too got these > cashewnut type rudrakshalooking beads made available to few > customers. soon i realised that i am doing a wrong thing by > promoting something which DOES NOT have scriptural substantiation. i > have the convinction of truth to admit this publicly in all groups. > > fact # 1 > all scriptures that narrate rudraksha unanimously says that rudraksha > are round in shape. no scripture even vaguely mention existence of > other types of rudraksha other than round. > > fact # 2 > all scriptures also narrate about a rudraksha having a hole naturally > as better and have a couple of verses on the hole of the rudrakhsa. > since this cashewnut looking bead DOES NOT have any hole provision > nor it has any possibility to have a natural hole, it is simple human > logic to understand that THIS IS NOT THE RUDRAKSHA the scriptures are > mentioning. > > above all, scientists like doctor chandrasekhar phadkeji ratified > earlier in this group (unaware members can search the archives) that > this cashnewnut looking bead does not exactly fall into the round > rudraksha variety of the tree in botanical terms. since this > cashnewut bead does not fall into the same rudraksha jaat trees, that > itself is reason enough to shun this, at least by me if not others. > > accordingly i stopped selling this cashnewnut looking bead and have > REMOVED the photographs from my website as well. to a couple of old > customers who bought this cashewnut bead from me earlier, i even > offered to recall and pay their monies back, but they appreciated my > honesty and truthspeaking and said that since they were made to > believe by other rudraksha sellers as if CASHEWNUT BEAD IS THE REAL > EKMUKH, they dont feel cheated for buying this cashewnut from me > earlier. > > here as a dealer of rudraksha, i must mince no words in telling the > world that if someone sells this cashewnut bead and customers buy it, > there is no problem as both knew beforehand what the product is.
