Yes, Quality Sapphires can be afforded by few & at the same time they reserve their best behaviour for those who are the most deserving of the same. As little as i know of these Blue Oceanic Beauties, they need not be merciful, but surely they are not killers. Nothing (Object) is as Powerful, to invite Mahakala, its only when one's time is nigh that the harbingers of Yama, shall come to call. At that time if one is wearing even the most Anukul of Gems, they can't rescue him. Surely only Savitri can.... So why blame a sapphire... they are not Natural Born Killers.... & to quote a most lovable mentor. And Saturn is the best planet among all the 9 planet. Saturn is may give you obstacles but it is very essential for the Spiritual progress...remember if you do not have any obstacles and very smooth and happy life will you ever remember God? If saturn gives you he will give you so much you don't have to worry for the next 3 generations! The word Khooni neelam is not related to murder. Blue + Red = Purple it is said to have effect of red colour Mars? (some claims as Sun effect) and Blue clour of Saturn. I read this Purple colur sapphire is suggested for the people having saturn and mars in the same house (which is a curse condition since both are enemy). However I am not sure on this some one like Richard can answer better who can use this Gem.
