Guest guest
"Having Drunk the intoxicating wine of Delusion, world has got quite mad and senseless; for , they do not seek that their life is gradually shortened with the daily rising and setting of the Sun; for, they cannot know that time is rapidly passing away. On account of their being seriously engaged with a variety of affairs; and, for they are not frightened even at the sight of birth, old age, misfortunes and death of others." What is the truth ?, we all know. But our senses ignore all that. In Shaiva sect it is believed that Goddess Mahamaya dances in form of illusion. The unreal becomes so real, that even reality cannot consider it to be unreal. The mind gets lost and hence we are deprived of the supreme bliss of Param Shiva. In Upanishads, Sadhna is explained as a process which constantly obstructs the path of illusion. It seems that God wanted to help us so this Sadhna was further divided in processes. These are the courses which carry tantra, mantra and Yantra. But besides all this, there are other factors as well, that can change the human destiny. "Kala" or time is one such form. Kartik Krishna Amavasya or Deepawali has such combination of planets that any Sadhna accomplished during that Hora' can change the human consciousness. One such Hora is the ascendant Leo which falls often near the midnight hours. With the D-9 position of Aries (which is the exalted position of Sun), this hora becomes very important. Another reason is the fixed sign Leo which is the sign of Sun. The material life of Tula in lagna and the liberation of D-9 indicate the importance of this timing. Shree Ladoo Gopal Ji seva Shekhawati region of Rajasthan, which is the birth place of many millionaires, often observes such processes. The local population does not look for newspapers to find a suitable Muhurta. They know it is midnight hours. They believe what their ancestors told them and they hardly need any complex calculation to reassure their belief. Besides this complex hora, one must know the proper mantras or hymns to invoke the supreme powers. Sri Suktam with its sixteen suktas and utkeelan Bijas in the front and end can really create a miracle if properly accomplished. The combination of this hora kala and sri suktam produces clear effects, which can be felt during the sadhna. The process is systematic with swasti vachan, Aavahan, pratishtha, samarpan ( janeu etc), mantra udeepan, dhyanam and finaly homam. Every small detail has to be kept in mind during this course. The vedi, supri, shodash matrika, navgrah peeth, kula devata, ishta devta, varuna deva and agni deva needs proper hymns to invoke them. Even the samagri which falls down during the homam needs to be taken care off. It is believed that whatever does not reaches the mouth of Devas ( Kundi Mukh) reaches demons. The mudra used for samagri samparpan is important. Bhakti and Devotion helps you to cross all these obstructions and reach for the final goal.
