can nagmani be obtained from only a 100 year old cobra?

hello sir,if we want to get nagmani can we only get it from a 100 year

old cobra or can the cobra be of any age?and its said that the snake

should not have used the venom for 100 years then only the nagmani

will be formed is this true?
