In Ayurveda there is a classification about treatment method 'Uttamo rasavaidyastu madhyamo moolikaaadibhihi adhamam sastra daahaadbhyaam' as such Rasa vaidya is the best one treatment for several accute and chronic diseses. 'Kajjali'(mixing of mercury and sulpher) is a must in rasavadya. Along with kajjali several herbs and raw drugs shall be used in medicine preparation. Rasa (mercury) and gandhaka should be purified first according to specific methods mentiond. Otherwise those will harm to pationts like severe poison. Here is a combination of Rasa and Gandhaka in medicine form. It is called Rasasindur. Here is 'Rasa sindura yoga' (preparation method of Rasa sindur). The quality and standard of this medicine shall depends upon the preparation standards of that companies. Like wise several thousands of medicines prepared by the above KAJJALI along with several combinations of herbs and bhasmas are also availaiable in market. If possible please verify the books named as 'Rasatantra saara sidhha prayoga sangraha', 'Bhaishajya Ratnaavali' and 'Rasa pradeepika' and 'Kakshaputa tantra' of Sri Sidhha Nagaarjuna etc., Aachaarya Sidhha Naagaarjuna was a great Ayurvedic doctor and 'rasavaadi'. He was told once " Sidhhe Rase karishyaami nirdaaridryamidam jagat'(there shall be no poverty in the world if I can acchive Sidhha Rasa). Without the help of Gandhaka no one can do wonders with pure mercury. Several great books like RASOPANISHAT which are not available in market and written by great scholers are waiting for their turn to disappear from the world as there is no one is interested to bring them from darkness to light.
