upaya, suggestion, remedies, about enhanceing my career and wealth

Namahskar,

 

Could any one give me any upaya, suggestion, remedies, about

enhanceing my career and wealth. I am not getting success and happy

about these two. I am into computer graphic related profession for

last 7 years. I am not satisfied work wise and money wise also.

 

 

For last 6 month i am wearing ek mukhi and 11 mukhi rudraksha and

chnating respected mantra every morning before wearing them.

 

I am feeling uncertainity in my future.

to make it sidha once i get how and when to wear.

 

Any precaustions in wearing this root ?

 

What is this indian name of this root any photou have of this plant so

that i will try to get hera as there are many forest nearer to my home.
