FW: Requisition for Financial aid towards surgery and rehabilitation expenditures

Dear All,Swamy Sharanam, This is Mahesh Kumar from Bangalore who is working as a Medical Transcriptionist. The main reason for this mail is that I would like to seek your monetary help for my 2-1/2-year-old child named Sachin, who is suffering from a congenital neurological disorder of delayed speech and language skills since birth. We have consulted renowned ENT specialists in Bangalore. They have recommended my son to undergo a surgery and rehabilitation within the next month or two, so that he can learn near normal speech and language skills like any other child. The estimated cost is around 10 Lakhs per ear. As, I am unable to afford the expenses due to my financial condition at present. As the speech and hearing plays a vital role in one's part of life, I am requesting you (Swami's) to come forward and donate as much as possible to aid my Son's surgery. I have collected around 3 lakhs for same from my personal savings and Chief Minister's Fund from the Karnataka Government of Rs. 1 Lakh, but still short of funds to proceed with surgery, hence this mail.
