hello every body ! how r u all ? hope by god's grace u all must be in peace

n'bliss.these days peace is most precious n'bliss is more valuable. the growing

terrorism based on hatred & aggression reflects the pulse & mood of modern

humanity.humanity based on cruelity & animality. and it is amazing maximum

terrorism is happening because of religion.it is more communal in nature.seeing

the situation religion can be devided into two segments. 1.SILENT RELIGION . 2.

VIOLENT RELIGION. THOUGH RELIGION ALWAYS LEADS TOSILENCE but it depends who is

following.a peace - oriented person seeks silent religion , while a power -

oriented being relies more on violent religion.power always leads one to

aggression. people prefer to attain supernatural powers to control and command

others.a true religios person always follow the path led by realized, enlighten

beings.those who r full of love, compassion. recently i was in mauritius and i

observed educated ones r more

confused and in chaos because of reading varios paths and trying it on their

own.they r overflowing with the information & technology of so- called religion

& spirituality.and their life - style is more wierd & disintegrated than an

illeterate devotee of lord. faith is healer and prayer is healing.faith &

surrender adds flavour of one- pointedness & power of concentration in each &

every action irrespective of religion & spirituality. a devotee of lord manages

his/her life with earned inner strength, through prayer & meditation on lord-

lord dwelling within.a truely religios person always follow the RIGHT PATH

GUIDED BY HIS/ HER INTUTION.he / she realizes that " all great religions of the

world have come out of ONE TRUTH , if we follow religion without practicing the

truth , it is like the blind leading the blind. those who belong to god love

all. LOVE IS THE RELIGION OF THE UNIVERSE. a compassionate one transcends the

boundaries of religion and realizes

the un- divided , absolute reality.

now the question arises how a comman person can attain this BEAUTIFUL HEIGHT OF

THE INNER REALIZATION. for that we have to WORK OUT first on our INNER

NEGATIVITIES. THOSE INNER NEGATIVITIES which leads us towards the VIOLENT

RELIGION INSTEAD OF SILENT RELIGION.

STEP 1 : ENERGETIC ALIGNING

" sit comfortably with your hands placed right underleft and thumb joining. this

puts the ENERGY IN A CERTAIN RELATIONSHIP , A CERTAIN POSTURE. the left hand is

INTUTION. the posture brings a new ALIGNING OF ENERGY, WHICH CREATES

equilibrium, balance, harmony in your being, creating FUSION BETWEEN IN YOUR

MALE & FEMALE ELEMENTS which has been shown in scriptures as a concept of ARDH-

NAAREESHWAR........ once this fusion happens then peace happens, silence

happens,love happens, compassion happens leading u to silent religion.
