Dear All,

Fear factor and mantras are fine but on a prudent note, I would advice the following.

This can be taken as a precuationary measure to protect oneself from Swineflu.I have tested this method.

There is nothing really to cure diseases like Swineflu or Chickengunya in Allopathic system.

The following mixture:

1. 10 gms of Nilavembu(Nelavepa/Nelavema/Kirayath/Andrographis Paniculata/Creat)(This is highly effective for even ordinary fevers.I normally get up even in a few hours from burning fever using this herbal powder

2. 10 gms of Thulasi powder

3. 10 gms of Neem-leaf powder

4. 10 gms of Usirikkayi podi(nellikkai powder/Indian gooseberry powder/Amla powder)

Mix the above ingredients and then pour hot water(around 200 ml) and make a kashAyam and then administer it to the patient or if you want to protect yourself from the onslaught.

 

Take the above, alongwith Mahapanchagavya Ghritam(a type of medicated ghee being sold by Kerala Ayurvedics normally) twice a day2 teaspoons with warm milk after this.

The above should do and is better than masks.Ofcourse, you are adviced to wear the swine-flu masks(but don't depend on it solely).It is discouragint to note that Chennai had its first victim reported in papers today.
