can anybody please tell how to reach Girinar from

Chennai..?

How much does dolli charge to take a person upto Datta padukkas.?

dear friend,

 

 

from chennai go to ahmedabad as tehre r connecting trains.

 

from there go to junaghad.this is the foothill town of girnar.

 

from girnar u can get many facilities to do girnar parikrama.

 

there r divine temples to lord datta,gorakshnath and mother ambika.

I know the train journy from secunderabad to girinar

from secunderabad to rajkot train - weekly 3 days.(Rajkot Express)

it will take you 28 hours journey

rajkot to junagad - trains are available every one hour

junagad to girnar take a auto for girinar hills 8 kms.

in girinar hindus asram and gorkhnath ashram for staying 2 days.

dolly willnot come to the top in my knowledge. dolly willcome till amba temple it is third mountain.

4th is gorkhnath temple and padukas

4th to 5 th you have to go down and climb the 5th mountain.

5th is datta padukas and datta temple.

befor going the dattta temple there is dhuni, kamandal kund asram..they willgive prasad for all the devotees. kichidi and roti.

if you want to stay in kamadalkund you have to take a permission from shamiji who is the peetadhipathi for that place.

Dear devotees,

If you need any help regarding reaching at Girnar, let me know. I'm in Rajkot not far from Junagadh where Girnar is. I'll try to help you as much as I can.

 

I've climbed up to Guru Dattatreya Shikhar at Girnar 4times.
