Sri Guru Charithra- Sanskrit Verses Transliterated &Translated in Tel & Eng

Dear Sadhakas,

This is to share a good news with all of you that the Sacred Book " Sri Guru

Charithram " consisting of the Transliterated verses of Sanskrit verses together

with its translated version in telugu and English has been prepared and

published at the Divine Ordain of Sadguru Shiridi Sai Baba. The book was

released on 9th October, 2008 by none other than H.H. Sri Ganapati Sachidananda

Swamiji, Nysore.

Shri Guru Charithra covers glimpses of the Charithra of two avatars of Lord

Dattatreya, namely ShriPaada ShriVallabha and Shri Narasimha Saraswathi

Swamijis. This book is not a biography of exhalted Guru's but a reliable text

for gaining spiritual insights, and their life itself became an example for

others to emulate.

The original work of the book Shri Guru Charithra was in Marati language,and was

written by Sri Gangadhara Saraswathi, disciple of Shri Narasimha Saraswathi.

This huge Marati work was rendered into Sanskrit verses by Shri Vasudevananda

Saraswathi ( Tembe Swamiji ), which is now presented in Telugu and English

languages by Sri Vedururu Narayana Rao upon the Divine ordain and Grace bestowed

upon by Shri SaiBaba of Shiridi and with the encouragement and cooperation

extended by devotees.

For the first time these sanskrit verses were transliterated in telugu and

english for the benefit of those who yearned to do parayana of the sanskrit

slokas and understand verse by verse meaning by going through the translated

version. The telugu Version and English version are printed and published

separately. This book contains lot of pictures of Holy Places referred to in

Guru Charithra.

Jai Guru Datta !!!

All Datta sadakas who are in hyd must meet Sri V Narayana rao garu. He is one soul who has been identified along with another 11 people who used to perform datta yagna ages back, by Sadguru Sri Shiridi Sai baba to do necessary homams around india. He is the one who has done homam on the goa side of india before tsunami came and this is the precise reason why there is not much damage happened that side.

This troupe again wanted to do homam at kashi where annapoorna devi came and sat near there house till all formalities has been set and when actually the homam has been done Shiva himself came to witness the homam in kasi.
