Guest guest
Dear Damodar I got this from Sri jagadeesan-I have been doing it faithfully and find myself much improved-my preponderance of tamas is slowly decreasing. here are the instructions First recite Hari Om tat sat jai guru datta 108 times-you do it like you are conversing with the guru and perhaps you will get a tune to your liking-sing it in that way. after that, recite this 108 times-this is the mrityunjaya mantra om triyambakam yajamahe, sugandhim pushtivardhanam, urvarukamiva bandhanaan mrityor mukshiyama amruthath. i think this is said in teh same chandas as the gayithri.good luck and may the blessings of the guru be on you warm regards ramaaDamodar Bhattarai <bhattarai.d wrote: Dear Sir, Haro Om Tat Sat Jai Guru Datta!
