Most of you might have heard of Sri.Manthena Satyanarayana Raju garu, who practises and advocates natural diet for health. He has advocated a particular type of dietary habit for Diabetics. He has also published books and also CDs on various problems and methods of food preparation. It is difficult to follow initially but, once one is used to it, then it would be difficult to relish what we generally eat daily. But it ensures everlasting health.
