Guest guest
Dear Datta bhandus Jai Guru datta I had been to datta temple today and heard some more lelas of datta prabhu here i am sharing the same (trying to be as is as told by priest) leela one : Last datta jayanthi Priest wanted to get painted in the santom sanitorium of the temple. He called the painter who does regularly. Priest will call this person only as he need to do bath and do with only dothi. How ever he said he can't do this time. Painter second daughter was carrying a child and that was the ninth month. Now this Painter took his daughter to hospital and they said baby in mother womb is in wrong direction so they need to operate and take baby out. How ever mother has high BP so operation cannot be done. To add to the situation dr's told that baby is in lost stages so loose hope on baby They asked to take her to king koti hospital. When they went there they also said same thing. Painter decided if his situation is resolved he will go to temple and do painting. Then painter sat in the same hospital and started chanting " digambara digambara sri pada vallabha digambara" after a hour one small girl came and asked why are you doing chanting in hospital, Painter said about the situation and girl said do that he will help. After one hour nurse came and told that a baby boy delivered and mother and boy are excellent. Even dr's were surprised who has done this delivery. Know one knows. Painter came to temple and cried before Priest to allow him to do the painting. Leela two: There is one Ramakrishna maharaja who is a saint of data. Once he was in meditation at kurugadda and rain started so all the bakthas left the place to the banks of river Krishna. IT was heavily raining and Ramakrishna maharaj didn't leave the place and was in deep meditation. Water level was raising. Suddenly Sri pada vallabha maharaj appeared before him and asked are you not feared. Ramakrishna maharaj told that if this atmah is in me then I need to fear, it is with datta and datta is Ramakrishna. Sri pada vallabha is pleased and put a cloth on him (I remember angavasthram). This cloth is still there in a village near jaheerabad. We can have a darshan of this once in a year. I don't remember the day as told by priest. This can be heard from him. Guest guest
I can narrate one of my own experiences. The first time I went to Kurwapur,it was poring cats & dogs on the entire way from Hyd to Makhtal. It took me 5 hours to cover the 180 kms stretch from Hyd.No sooner we reached the river bank, the rain stopped & bright sun came out.We crossed the river in the butti & went to the temple, had bath in the river, performed abhishekam to the padukas in the sanctum sanctorum, had lunch with the priests, crossed the river back in butti & went to the DATTA ASHRAM of Swamy Vithalananda.we had a good darshan & were chatting with Swamy Vithalanda Maharaj in chaste MARATHI when it started pouring heavily again. We waited till 4 pm for the rain to stop but it just did'nt.We started our journey back after having tea in the ashram. We reached Hyd by 11pm due to the heavy rain & blocked traffic at various places. I was just wondering then & wonder to this day what if it had to rain heavily while we were crossing the river in the butti ?.Could we ever have crossed the river safely & had darshan of the padukas ?.-----Fight back spam!
