The Dattajayanthi programmes were performed in a grand scale at Shree Gurudatta samsthan (Shree Datta shakthi Peetham), Markapur of Andhrapradesh. The programmes were performed with Mandala datta deeksha (40 days). On the day of Dattajayanthi, we have performed Mahanyaasa poorvaka ekadasha rudrabhisheka, dattahoma, anagha vratha. In the afternoon hours, the annadana programme was performed to morethan 3000 devotees and datta guru procession was organised in the night hours. The puja programmes were performed in the names of the registered devotees and also in all the members of this divine dattavaibhavam group.Superb vibrations were observed during this deeksha period especially on the day of akhanda datta stava parayana and oudumbar vriksha puja days. Every deeksha devotee experienced the presence of dattaguru and deeksha was cleared on 5th dec, 2006 at Ethipothala ekamukhi datta kshetra.
