service programme by DATTAVIBHAVAM group-slates and slate pencils distribution to the poor children

Dear members of the group! Namaskara! With the blessings of Lord Dattatreya, we have performed service programme of "Free distribution of Slates and slate pencils" to the poor students of 2 schools of remote area of Markapur of ANdhra pradesh. We have selected those 2 schools, becos, some students are not going to schools due to inability in purchasing atleast a slate by the parents of those students. We are very happy to hear the words of the teachers of those schools that, "sir! from now onwards more students will come to school regularly with the slates given by your datta group". What a

wonderful opportunity given by Dattaguru given to us to serve those children. U can observe the students from the attached photographs which are reflecting the financial position of their families. Nearly 600 families are residing in one area "sundaraiah colony" and all families are labour. They are residing in the houses which are constructed with slate stones. They are getting severe effect of atmospheric changes due to all the 3 seasons like summer, winter and rainy. Till now, no electric supply was provided by the Government to those houses. No proper route is there to colony. Heavy up and downs in the streets and it is very difficult to ride atleast a cycle. The children are playing in the mud and enjoying a lot and they are taking food with those hands. Today afternoon, a person came

to us and requested for our help to donate slates to those students. Immediately we accepted and rushed to purchase slates, slate pencils and biscuits. What a sad thing! the students are always seing towards the biscut packets while distributing the slates. They felt very happy to receive the biscut packets. We returned to our houses with heavyhearts....after distributing the slates and slate pencils. Still....we are thinking.. something we have to do for them... But what we willdo? Praying dattaguru to give more power to help them in future.
