PUJA PERFORMANCE IN CONNECTION WITH SWAMY AARADHANOTSAVAMS

Pranams!

 

Mahanyaasa poorvaka Ekadasa Rudrabhisheka and Gurucharitra

parayana (Mahaprasthan adhyaas)were performed on Magha Bahula Paadyami

in connection with Sri Nrusimha saraswathy swamy aaradhanotsavas on the

names of the devotees who have registered and on the name of

smarthrugaami-dattavibhavam group. The programme was performed at

Gurudatta Samsthan of Markapur of Andhra pradesh. Though the programme

was performed for LOKAKALYANA, we have included the above names and the

name of our dattagroup. Annadana programme was performed to nearly 600

people. The procession of Dattabhagawan was performed in the evening. I

will try to upload the photographs of the above programme for

information to the members.

One madman of aged around 40 years came in the afternoon at about 1.30

p.m and sat in the lines of annadana and had the lunch. ONly with the

observation of 4 or 5 members, it was observed that, he took nearly one

jug of water continuously (after lunch), irrelevantly and throwned his

leaf (meals plate type). He didn't took the assistance of servant maid.

By keen and continuous observation of him, he asked for one vastra ( he

weared 2 olden cloths on his shoulders) with rough words and took the

vastra presented by Sri Sankaraananda Bharathi swamy of sri srungeri

sri viroopaksha sree peetha sampradaya yatheeshwar. It is astonished

to mention that, within 2 minutes he left the place and in within

seconds, the persons who observed him were turned their faces for other

work and his presence was not there (even searched for morethan 100

yards for him).

Then the words of Sri Nrusimha saraswathy swamy at the

time of his anthardhana were moved in our minds that, " who ever chants

my name, who ever read Gurucharitra and where the persons performed my

Gaanamrutha, I will definitely present at that place and I will give

boons to them " .(He likes to come in the bhiksha time)

So by observing all these in my mind, I came to one

conclusion that, Dattabhagawan was attended the programme in the form

of a mad man and I refreshed the following sloka in my mind.

 

DATTATREYA HARE KRISHNA || UNMATTAANANDA DAAYAKA||

DIGAMBARA MUNE BAALA || PISAACHA GNAANA SAAGARA||

 

Datta will move in the forms of unmatha, digambara, muni,

baala, pisaacha, mild person and Gnana bodha avatharas.

 

I am very much thankful to the members for giving an

opportunity to perform the pujas on their names as a service to Lord

Dattatreya. My humble pranams to each and every member of the group.
