How are Shirdi Baba and Guru Datta related? I am an admirer of Shirdi Baba and am now also getting into Guru Datta.As per your advice, I am chanting hari on tat sat jai guru datta 108 times. Sometimes you outgrow your experieince, that means you have the experience has become so common and easy that you do not see it as something great, in this case keep doing it and hang in there you will see much better expereicnes with light. Have you ever had your chart done (astrologically)? A competent astrologer may find your actual blockages, whatever they may be, and give more helpful advice. What kind of meditation? When and how long you are practising?Who is your Guru? What is your profession? How long you meditate? Before the vision of this light whether you had any other experiences? Whether you are practising the worship of any particular form during meditation? Do you recite any Manthra during meditation? How is your mental health? Are you getting good sleep during night? When you see the white light during meditation are you experiencing absolute mental peace and happiness? It so why are you verymuch disturbed about this? Alll this should be analysed before giving you an answer. Even then I can not say that my answer will be correct. Because it is purely a personal., psychological or physiological affair, Whether your eye vision is normal? The remedy will be that you have to analyse above points yourself and find out your problem. If it is a spiritual experience then you need not worry. This will be decide by your mental peace and happiness you experience with in you. For this you have to contact and get the advice of your Guru or a real spiritual personality. If it is otherwise go to a physician and consult. But don't try through Internet. Tom, Dick and Harry cannot solve this problem That will not help you and it will put you in wrong path. If a a person gets any experience due to his intense practise in meditation, worship or by any other method it should be share only with his Guru. It is Guhya, a secret. Otherwise he will loose his progress. That is what Sastras say. With regards and success in your spiritual effort.
