Question from Dan:Namaste Swamiji, I am wondering about when we make a sankalpa for several days. Say for Navaratri. Do we continually state the sankalpa every day, or are there times when we state for a specific day and then fulfill that vow. Also I wonder similarly with prana pratista. If we are using a coconut for 9 day navaratri worship do we establish prana pratista every day. Or just on the beginning of the sankalp. Thank you for being such a guiding light in my life!

Swamiji's response:Both ways are correct. In Devi Mandir we make a sankalpa at the beginning of the Vrat, such as Navaratri. Then we make a sankalpa every day for each part of the vow: one for puja, one for homa, etc.
