The 17th day of February is a very special day, because... it is Asha's

birthday! Dear Asha, all your friends and family at the Devi Mandir

wish you a happy birthday! We went to the Devi Mandir Garden of Bliss and picked

a beautiful Flower of Truth for you as a token of our love and appreciation:

 

(King Janaka said:) " You see, your mind is filled with doubt. Therefore you are

traveling in search of cessation of your doubts. But you see, my mind is free

from doubt. I am remaining here quite cheerfully and peacefully observing my

dharma. 'I am not bound up by this world'. This idea gives me constant happiness

of the highest degree. You consider that you are bound, and therefore you are in

constant pain. No matter whether you go to the forest or reside in your home,

your mind will determine your state of bondage or liberation. 'This body is

mine'. That idea leads to bondage. 'This body is not mine'. This idea leads to

freedom. So I tell you truthfully that all this kingdom, all this wealth, all

the subjects for whom I perform administrative duties, none of this is mine. "
