The 21st day of December is a very special day, because....it is Elena J.

Kelly's birthday! Dear Elena, all your friends and family at the Devi Mandir

are celebrating today, wishing you a happy birthday! Please accept

this Gem of Wisdom from the Devi Mandir Treasure House as a token of our love

and appreciation:

" With My form all Individual Souls are conceived, and all action rendered unto

them. In the same way that his own Soul is beloved, just so is the Supreme Soul.

Consciousness is equal (ever the same), and no distinciton is ever made,

everywhere, for now and all time, in every form and for always [...] All that is

perceived is My place, and every moment is the time of My vow. Festivals are at

every time, because I am the form of all. "

(Devi Gita, Chapter 9 vss.16-17, Chapter 10 vs. 3)

may you recognize Divine Mother's festive presence everywhere and may you

rejoyce, today and all days,

Namaste

my dear ones,

Thank

you for remembering me on my birthday. This one is extra special to me because

it marks forty years of loving and serving Divine Mother. I feel like I have

come so far, and yet feel like I haven’t come very far at all. But

through all my life experiences, She has remained ever faithful, loving me when

I couldn’t love myself, helping me when I was quite helpless. And you, Shree

Maa, Swamiji, and my dear Devi Mandir family, have been with me for six of

those years. I bow in deepest gratitude for the loving example of kindness and

compassion that you all exemplify. May the Divine Mother of the Universe,

Jagadambe, richly bless you all.

Elena
