to Rosetta about name for Yoga practice to Nierika

Hi Linda:

 

I know. That's what I wanted to name it too, something with Devi in the name,

but I was afraid that that might be too religious for some people. In our yoga

training program, we were taught not to hit people in the face with concepts

such as Divine Mother and Lord Shiva, since these concepts may not be in line

with the students'own beliefs.

 

But, I really wanted Devi in the name, just as you suggest, and especially

because I want Ma Devi's blessings in this endeavor.
