Sat Nam Everyone - but especially medicine women or men who are also

yogis.. Could you offer an explanation regarding

a: the yogically relevant capacity of the thighbone to adjust/produce

calcium and magnesium balance and how the warm air around the thighs

generated by kacheras helps with that?

b: what is the yogically named sex nerve in Western terms?

Thank you, Pritam Hari Kaur

Regarding your question:

what is the yogically named sex nerve in Western terms?

I asked this during teacher training. Our teacher was a chiropractor.

He said there was no such nerve. This is the sort of pseudo science

that I have been talking about.

Unfortunately, we do not gain in credibility in the wider community of

science and even amongst Hatha yoga practitioners if we use terms that

are not scientifically sound. I try to remove such terms from my

speech or explain during class that they are not scientific.
