Sleep Apnea & Vaginismus

Sat nam everyone. I started a fall session last week and two students

came up to me after class.

One lady indicated that she has just been diagnosed with sleep apnea

and was wondering if there was any specific meditations or breathing

techniques that she could integrate into her life in order to combat

this disorder. Apparently, her husband is having to wake her up at

night for her to continue breathing.

Another student came and indicated that she has vaginismus. This

diagnosis essentially means that the vaginal muscle contracts and

relaxes at its own rate. She does do lots of kegels but hasn't been

able to be intimate with her husband in the 3 years of her marriage.

She is wondering if there is anything she should do in particular to

aid this issue.

Any suggestions greatly welcomed. Thank you and many blessings.

Sleep apnea is often, but not always associated with overweight. If

this is the problem, then not much else will work until the student

loses weight. Also do 5th chakra sets with exercises like

shoulderstand, plough, lion, etc.

With the vaginismus, have her do EFT and second chakra sets.
