I m from Kathmandu(nepal). I practiced in kathmandu . It was very nice

Hell again Yashraj,

 

I was thinking you might be local. The internet still amazes me sometimes to

think that we can connect above and beyond great physics distance.

 

I am been doing some Kundalini via a recommended site www.yogijim.com until I

find a local class. I have read that Kundalini is very powerful and that caution

is recommended. I am not exactly sure what that means and also unsure how to be

cautious. I am still very new to the thought but I am ever so interested in

learning.

 

How long have you practiced Kundalini and how did your interest evolve?
