Guest guest
Hello, I'm 22 and have had herniated disks in my back for the past 3-4 years straight. My back is constantly in pain and feels weak. I used to run and do weights, which seemed to help out some but not entirely, but now it seems that even walking causes too much pain to my back. My spine is constantly tight, I can't rotate my torso without feeling pressure, and I have to twitch every few seconds just to grind something back into position in my back. I went to a back specialist, he took an MRI, and said that I have multiple herniations going down my spine, besides two disks in the process of degeneration. The disks tend to be in the upper part of my spine rather than the lower. He has so far given me two spinal injections of a steroid, but, to tell you the truth, this has not helped at all. I'm wondering if there is any solution to the back problem which might be an alternative solution. Being constantly in physical pain is aggravating my depression, and I feel like it's never going to end. Could somebody please help give me a highly effective solution? Thanks!
