Report on H.H. visit to Tirumala

28th Sept. 2008 Arrived Tiruchanur Ashramam - - this was on 26th evening,

29th Sept. 2008. After morning Aaraadanaas at Ashramam, H.H. again visited Thaayaar Sannathi for Managlasasanam. -- this was on 27th,

30th Sept.,2008. Mahalaya Amavasyai Day. T.T D has made all arrangements for H.H. Mangalaasaasanam of Tiruvenkatamudayan Sannathi - all correct and fine BUT 28th!!

Here is the brief report on the Vijaya Yathra of H.H.Srimath Andavan to the Divya Desams at Tirumala, Tiruchanur and Tirupathi.

28th Sept. 2008 Arrived Tiruchanur Ashramam. Being Friday,that evening itself H.H. performed Mangalasasanam of Sri Padmavathi Thaayaar Sannathi.

29th Sept. 2008. After morning Aaraadanaas at Ashramam, H.H. again visited Thaayaar Sannathi for Managlasasanam. Towards the evening H.H reached Tirumala. .At that time TTD invited H.H. for that evening's Thomala Seva at Sri Vari Temple. H.H was given the usual Temple Honours with Perumal's Mel Saathu.At this time there was a large gathering of devotees at the Ashramam premises, from different parts of our country. Ashramam management has done elaborate arrangements for giving facilities for all the visiting devotees. Several rooms were made available in our Ashramam as well as the Mutts nearby.Sumptuous Thatheeyaaraadanams were arranged.

30th Sept.,2008. Mahalaya Amavasyai Day. T.T D has made all arrangements for H.H. Mangalaasaasanam of Tiruvenkatamudayan Sannathi. Over 350 Sishyas of our Ashramam have gathered in Tirumala to watch this event and have the Divyadarisanam of Perumal, along with our revered Acharyan, standing in front Kulasekaran padi.The whole event was very orderly and everyone of the ladies,gents and children , all had this very rare opportunity,which is available only once in a year. H.H was received with full Temple honours near the Aanjaneyar Sannathi and taken in a procession to the temple. After Mangalaasaasanam, H.H. was again taken round the temple in a procession, with Temple elephants leading the procession and finally reached Ashramam. Enroute, H.H. made Managlaasaasanam of Tirumalai Nambi Sannathi located on the South Maada street.

After this only Ashramam Theertha prasadam was received by the devotees from the Holy hands of H.H.This was again followed by special Thatheeyaaradanam.

At this time,TTD Chairman along with his officials arrived in Ashramam to pay respects to H.H. It was interesting to here that H.H. freely conversed with TTD Chairman in fluent Telugu. At the same time, H.H. gave a brief discourse about the importance of the forthcoming Sri Vari Brahmothsavam and this was made for TTD SVBC Bhakti TV Channel..

That evening H.H. reached Tiruchanur Ashramam.

29th Oct, 2008. H.H. performed Manglasaasanam of Thaayar Sannathi, officially made by TTD.

30th Oct. 2008.H.H. Mangalaasaasanam of Sri Govindraja Perumal sannathi

1st Oct. 2008 H.H was invited by TTD for the lauching of Gold covered Soorya Prabahi, which is to be taken with Perumal on the Brahmothsavm day on 2nd Oct. H.H. attended that evening's function along with Beddha Jeeyar Swamy.This function was attended by A.P. Chief Minister, Sri Rajasekar Reddy and other ministers .

2nd Oct. 2008. H.H has since returned to Chennai ashramam
