Dear Vasan,Pranams.The Akshaya Thrithiya Garuda Seva, popularly called 12 Garuda Sevai is a well known and popular Seva at Kumabkonam. Actually more than 12 Perumals will be participating. The venue is opposite to the Ahobila Mutt premises in the Big Street, Kumbakonam. (You know the place.) All the uthsavamurthis in of all the Vishnu temples in and around Kumbakonam will be participating in the event mounted on the Garuda Vahana, and it takes place every year on the forenoon of Akshaya Thrithiya. (usually between 10am and 12 noon, according the auspicious times and conveniences.)Regards,Vasudevan
