Dear Sri Raghunathan :

I have copied the lists in the hope that some one might be able

to help you in your noble effort .

The best source would be the Mukkur Swamy Foundation at

Chennai ( I do not know the address ) .

By the way , The Sundara Simham group ( http://www.sundarasimham.org)

is assembling a web site covering all the Nrusimha KshEthrams in Tamil

Naadu, Andhra PradEsh and Karnataka as a part of the SathAbhishEkam

celebrations of Prakrutham Srimath Azhagiya Singar later this year .

Even though I am not musically oriented, it is my opinion that it is always good to have the correct samskRt pronunciation when samskRt works are presented in Tamizh. So it will be very useful in my opinion to have the samskRt text accompany the Tamizh text. -dAsan Krishnamachari"T.Raguveeradayal" <rajamragu wrote: Dear members who regularly visit my blog http://thiruppul.blogspot.com where I am uploading "SRI VEDANTHA DESIKA VAIBAVA PRAKASIKAI KEERTHANAIKAL" , I need your suggestions. Dear Sri.Mohanji and Namaskaran to all members,

Thanks for your mail, Yes of course I agree that you

had stated initially with respect to my postings (5-6

months back) to which I had clarified and based on

your confirmation and acceptance to refrain articles

pertaining to Swami Sivananda , I had fully agreed

with your line of thoughts. Infact I had also informed

you that I am not here to confront with any other

philosophies and further also accepted to withdraw

from you group. Hope you will agree to this to which

you had mentioned that the contents of the messages

were good and informed me to continue and only after

your confirmation I had been honoring all these

months.

Unfortunately today I see your shocking mail blaming.

Actually in this world what needs to be imbibed is to

be happy and make others happy, that is for which we

all exist. Our thoughts should be to the right

development of the body and the spirit. And that is

the spirit of service, which is the one and only aim

of my Spiritual Guru.

Next, when one serves others; there is real

gratification to the heart. Each one must work to

change the trend of one's own mind, from exploitation

to service, from arrogance to humility, from selfish

cruelty to compassion, from hate, envy to love.

More over all our Swamiji’s post till date were all

based on our own shastras and surprisingly every

members of this group enjoyed and appreciated our

posts all these month including our passive members

Sri.Ranganathanji.

With the number of mails and its messages been posted

it is very clear that we are not trying to use any

platform to propagate our Swamiji . Our aim is to

reach the mankind to ensure happiness peace and

prosperity. You can pl visit www.namadwaar.org for

more details about our mission and vision.

More over, our great sages who has experienced the

truth gave us the right path and do our activities in

accordance with our Sanatana Dharma, then even a

little bit of Dharma will save us from great fear and

will support to our inner coveted goal of liberation.

Which is what we have been doing this all through?

Further Understanding alone does not take us to the

destination, the next is to make use of this human

life and make a conscious effort of this glorious

journey back into the Divine. Only on that experience,

in that attainment, we will be liberated from all

limitations and imperfections that are inevitable to

this conditioned, finite, earth-life.

I am sure that our group intent is also to drive our

selves and our members in this direction of

understanding and hence thought that I can also join

contribute and help my self in the journey, Like the

famous saying in Sanskrit Dharmo rakshati

rakshitah—Dharma protects him who protects it.

We are trying to look beyond our thinking, our

philosophy, and seek the commonality that flows in

all. If our attitude are directed to this then we can

look not only at the thoughts and concepts of our

social environments, but also help develop our

individual self. This was my only intent to post the

articles, but still if you feel that my e-mails will

disturb your line of belief, I apologize through the

same media and requesting you to my

membership from your group with immediate effect.

As Swami Sivananda says

“Do not forget the inner ruler who is awake even when

the mental factory is closed down temporarily. Purify

the mind. Practice concentration. Develop the power of

the mind. Eventually you will merge with him”

Dear Shri Ravishankar My pranams and respects. Your nama articles have certainly been enlightening and I have immensely benefitted from a few of them, if not all. As the Thirukkural quote goes, before one attempts to say something one should think about: 1. What one wants to say 2. The way it is going to be said 3. The need for saying so in the first place 4. The appropriate time and the appropriate place 5. The appropriate manner in which it is said 5. The mental condition of the person who is going to say something 6. The mental condition of the person who is going to listen 7. The knowledge of how the person would react on listening to what is being said 8. Is there any other easier/sweeter way to say such that the message reaches the recipient without offending them etc. etc. I am a member of several other groups where you post your messages but haven't written

this e-mail because your postings were appropriate to the objectives of the respective groups - Astikasamaj for example. However as you can imagine this is a group that is dedicated solely for Vaishnavite siddhanta as was expounded by Azhwars and Acharyas in Vishta-advaitic context. As you can imagine even within this siddhantha we have a onerous task of balancing certain finer nuances in our own sampradaya! In this context some of your postings while no doubt expounds the greatness of Sriman Narayana through nama japa - which is what Thirumangai Azhwar himself recommended - '...thunjum bodhu azhaimin, thuyar varil ninaimin....Narayana ennum namam', very many of your posts conflicts with Ramanuja sampradaya (of which we ourselves have two diverging thoughts!!!) Many of this group's members live outside of Chennai/India and am sure would have extended their hospitalilty to acharyas of other sampradayas

during their travel outside Chennai/India. We all respect Acharyas of all sampradayas and infact anyone who is an Astika these days! However you'd, I am sure agree with me, when I say that, by subscribing to this group you are bound by its objectives. To some of us your conflicting posts indicate that you, say, want to challenge us on our sampradaya, or don't care about what Ramanuja sampradaya thinks but want to enforce your way of thinking. I am sure that this is not what you intend. We all to 'Yogakshemam' and 'Sarve janah sukino bhava'...all we are saying is that atleast within the confines of this group, pls allow us to enjoy our sampradaya without interference - which I think is a very reasonable request. Very best regard and respects RamjiRavishankar Gopal <ravishankar_g
