yathra to Badrinath.

Respected Swamins,

We four of us are planning to have darshan of the following Divya desams.

Thiruprithi

Kandamennum kadinagar

Badhari

Vada mathurai

Virundhavanam / Thiru Aaypadi

As we are new to these divya desams we would be greateful if some one could help us in the following areas.

Any other divya desams we have missed on our way to badrinath?

other places in these divyadesams to be seen other than the temples.

What precautions to be taken? (Two of us are Sr citizens)

Avilability of Srivaishna's food.

since this is a life time oppertunity for us we don't want to miss and that is how this request.

Please guide us on the above.

Dear Sadagopan swamin

Please inform what is the period you are planning to undertake

this trip.

The divyadesams mentioned by you are correct.

The places are Badri, Joshimut (thirupirithi) devaprayag

(kandamennumkadinagar) Mathura, gokulam, (ayarpadi and vadamathurai)

Fyi, at Brindavan you have Andavan Ashram where you can get

vaishnavite food.

Except that, I am afraid, it is difficult in other places.

Suggest you go with some group who take vaishnavite cooks.

FYI adiyen is also arranging divyadesa yatras for the past 10

years.

I may suggest that for the visit to Badri ( on the way-Devprayag) it is better to go through organised tour arranged from Chennai and Delhi. These package tours includes transprt charges, boarding and lodging at a very reasonable charges. It suits senior citizens to a greater extent.

Namaskarams,

I think someone called Kala Rajan (ND) is organizing trips to Badrinath frequently right? A quick search of the archives should help out. This page has their address too (http://www.indiadivine.org/audarya/sri-vaishnava/196332-re-request-contact-nos.html)
