Dear Ruchika,

[ 1 ] Along with the medical treatment, you should:

Every day take a little water in a bowl, recite over the water the stotra for

Saturn 13 times, then breathe over the bowl [ paani mein phoonk maar den]. Make

the child drink that water. This will help him in his growth also.

[ 2 ] As for the brother, nothing much can be done except what I had suggested

earlier.
