[ a ] The best thing to appease mars will be to recite the stotra of

Mars. Nothing pleases a planet or a man more than when he hears his

praise ending with words like sharanamyaham 'I come to thy shelter'

or pranamamyaham 'I bow to thee'.

 

[ b ] Ketu can better be pleased by feeding stray dogs every Sunday

mornings before sun rise.

 

[ c ] There is no restriction for you on visiting temples.

 

[ d ] No. There will be no problem if you appease a planet over and

above the upaya suggested to you.
