Dear Sharat,

[ 1 ] Yes, the karak vastu of a palnet is established on the roof of

the house when moved to the 12th house [ subject to drishti path].

In my opinion it is not so much the height and the physical place

like a roof which appears to be important as it is being high above

the ground and under the open sky. 12th house is the open sky,

therefore any thing kept high above and under the open sky would be

considered being placed in the 12th house. Therefore those living in

flats can keep it on the window ledge under the open sky.

[ 2 ] Yes the loft will be as good.

Sincerely,

Priya
