Finding timing of ebvents for relatives

Dear Lalit jee and other seniors,

 

It is said one can find horoscope of other relative even if data is not known that is fine for fixing ascendant. How do we get divisional charts ? do we use formula as in rashi chart them on same formula.

 

2nd question how to time events normally we look at dasa and transits. Transits is fine how do we find dasa they are running for phal
