While analysing any chart you must have a look on D-9 otherwise your predictions will mostly go wrong. You have not posted D-9. You should post it for ready reference. See that Ma is deblitated in the chart but in Navamsha it is exalted. Exaltation of Ma in D-9 has reversed all predictions related to Ma in D-1. I am not going to analyse it. D-9 Navamsa is for marriage only right? But as i learnt in the company of the gurus of the group, it never overrules native chart, it only gives a finer view of what is foggy in the native chart. See Ma is Lagnesh(LL) and it is debletated in fourth house so it should be weak there but in d-9 it is exalted so Cerena has got result of exalted Ma in D-9 not that of deb Ma in D-1. All the great successes has come to her during the dasha of Ma and it is Lagnesh too. You must remember LL must be powerful and when it is forming a Raj Yoga in kedra its power is more important. You will see in your life that many astrologers give more importance to d-9 that d-1. It is finer chart. D-9 means every sign has been divided into 9 parts. There are 9 charans or pada of Nakshtra in one sign i.e. 2 1/4 Nakshatra form a sign. So it represents very basic division of birth chart i.e. one charan of a nakshatra. Now tell me which one is going to tell more precisely- a finer chart d-9 or a genral chart d-1 (Though you cannot ignore it completely). Even B.V.Raman saheb had given D-9 more importance. In the case of Cerena William, you have a seen it practically so now you should remove any doubts about d-9.
