Google Earth and accurate birth coordinates

Dear friends,

 

If you want to see what your birth coordinates are exactly, please

try out Google Earth.

 

I found out that the coordinates I have been using for several

decades for my birth city are off by some minutes when compared to

what Google Earth suggests for the hospital where I was born.

According to the coordinates I have been using, I was born 200 meters

off shore! More importantly, the correct rising degree is some

minutes from the earlier calculation. In Google Earth the the pointer

at any given time will show the corresponding coordinates to an

amazing level of detail.

 

As accuracy can increase the benefit of a chart reading in SA, I
