Dear Dheeraj , Namaskar

 

There are various ways to perscribe remedies which vary from Mahavidyas,

Jyotirlinga, Havanas, feeding people, fasting, wearing gem, colours,

yantras etc. Depends how the Moon is afflicted in chart, if its in saapa

then 1) dispositor of 2) bhava karaka (pratyadhi scheme) should be applied.
