I have seen many spirit mediums chart, they have the following aspects,

# 9th lord in the second House

# Ragu in the second House

# Ketu in 5 House

 

Some mediums who said they can see spirits

have

# Maanthi in the 2nd house with Ragu or Lord of the second house

 

Is there any other important things to note?

a occult person may have influences of the following houses and grahas:

 

Lagna control over five senses.

2nd house is connected with yoga nGAnaa.

5th house is connected with manthrOpadeesa and yogaap~yaasaa.

9th house is connected with isthaana dharma,yoga,ashtamaasiddhi,nGAnaa,

yaagadhi~kirthiyam.

3rd and 10 house is connected with paraa~kiramam.

12th house is connected with chakala~pirapanja~nGAnaa.

Sun=thapas.

Buddha=chakala~pirapancha~nGAnaa.

Guru=ashtamaa~siddhi.

Ragu=black magic.

Ketu=kapata~karmaa.
