I forgot to ask your time zone. It must be either 6 hrs or 7hrs behind GMT. I give below the calculations for both.

 

If it is 6 hrs.

Longitude of the time zone is 90W0 and longitude of your place is 99W03.

{99.05 - 90.0 = 9.05} x 4 = 36.2 = 36' 12"

 

So, by adding this to 6 AM we will get 6:36':12" (-6 east TZ time), which is the HORA starting time for your place.

 

 

On Wednesday 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd Horas are ruled by Mercury. So, following are the time duration, during which Mercury rules.
