Guest guest
OHM SHRI RAGAVENDRAYA NAMAH JAYA JAGANNATHA Pranam Gurudeva, I am trying my level best to answer the questions. It is not the final answers and I am keep on thinking. This is only the first batch of answers and other answers will follow shortly. Q1: What are the primary combinations for heart disease? Which deity should be worshipped to have a strong heart and hence, long life? A1:I don't know the specific combination for the heart disease. Malefic influence on Sun and placement of Sun in dhusthana and in debilitation is one of the primary factors for heart disease. But, Strong Moon and the 4th house can destroy the start of the disease. Jupiter, who gets exalted in the natural Zodiacal 4th house and the 9th lord from Cancer is the protector. Plus the 9th lord of the natal chart also is the protector of the heart disease. Deity? I am not sure. But, I think Mahavishnu who resides in everyone's heart must be worshiped to strengthen the heart. Q2: Which deity is the natural protector of Dharma and is the Human being a replica / created in the mould of this deity? What is the significance of the three syllable mantra given in the Bhagavat Gita? A2:Yamadharma raja's prime duty is to see that dharma is maintained or not. But, we do not worship yama, but his deity Shiva is ultimate demigod responsible for maintaining dharma. His linga represents the desires of the people and due to this we take birth in this world. This is all represented in the 7th house. AUM - is the original form of Veda, represented by the 3 Gods, the creator Brahma, the maintainer Vishnu, the destroyer Shiva. Q3: Why is the eastern horizon taken as the first house or Lagna? Why not the mid-heaven or western horizon or any other sign? A3:I think that taking the sign in the eastern horizon as first house is for the convenience. But, the true reference of the house is made from the Sun and its movement. I took the clue from your answer to my question regarding the Kona and tatwa. At the time of sunrise Sun is at the 1st house of Dharma Kona. At midday he is at the Karma sthana of the Karma Kona, at sunset he is at the seven house of Kama kona and at midnight he is at the 4th house of Moksha kona. So, for example, if a person is born at midday say around 1 PM, then the sun is at the 10th house, counting in reverse, the first house will fall on the sign rising at the time of birth. So, the first house is the derived sign rather than the sign rising at the eastern horizon. Q6: A peculiar remedy for Bronchitis and Asthma in South India is the swallowing of a single small fish stuffed with medicinal herbs during a particular week of the year. Once consumed, this has been found to give miraculous cure to the chronic patients of respiratory disorders. Why does this happen? A6: I am not very sure about my answer, but let me try. Bronchities and asthma are due to allergy and khapha influence. Predominantly, the water influence. I think it is a fresh fish (not a dead one), when it is swallowed, with the help of the stuffed medicine, the fish extracts the water elements from the lungs. That is ,once swallowed, for its survival it needs water, so it is trying to pull the water from the adjacent area, that is lungs. I do not know the influence of the particular week on this case. Q7: Study BPHS Sloka’s 9-5 to 9-8, Sloka 9-11 and Sloka’s 9-15 to 9-24 and explain the principle behind them. A7: Now, I am answering only the 9-5 (GCS 11-5) sloka: Should the 5th house from asc is occupied by Saturn, Mars, Sun & Moon, soon his mother and brother would die. The principle behind this sloka is 5th house is the Marana sthana for the 4th house of Mother (second from 4th) and it is Marana sthana for the 11th house of elder brother (7th from 11). So, when that house has all the malefics and the moon is weak, the sustaining of mother and brother is not possible and they will die. Q9: Explain the presence of a powerful Yoga for protection and destruction of Balarishta in the chart of Sri Krishna. A9:I do not find a specific yoga, but there are many yogas protecting the lord from the balarishta. First let us see the balarishta combinations. Third house is one of the natural maraka sthanas, there two malefics aspect the lagna and moon and conjoin the lagna lord. But, in this condition, the moon must be week to effect the balarishta. As Moon is strong in the lagna and the parivartana and mutual aspect between the lagna lord and moon; and the graha aspect of Jupiter has protected the lord. Saturn as the yogakarka for the Tauras lagna is placed in 7th house. Any planet placed in the seventh house will destroy the enemy. So, the aspect of Saturn on the 3rd house where the sixth lord disposited, protected the lord. Partial Kalanidhi yoga is there, which endures disease free life. Ubhayachari yoga gives royal status. Q10: Why was He attacked by so many evils like "Putana the demoness who came to feed Him milk" or by the "Crane beak demon"? which planets indicate the evil and how will you time this evil? Was his maternal uncle really involved behind all this? A10: The attack is shown by the Rahu in the 3rd house with the 6th lord, who is behind these demons. As per GCS - BPHS, 46 - (25-31), any malefic placed in the 3rd house of marakasthana, the death will come immediately. If the planet involved is Rahu or Saturn, poison will be the cause of the death. Timing: in this case only Narayana dasa is applicable, as the Rahu is aspecting the lagna, the dasa of the lagna that is within the first 2 years of birth, this will happen. Q11: How do the Rajyoga begin after the killing of His maternal uncle Kamsa? What are the combinations that show Krishna as a great wrestler? A11: There is the Viparita rajayoga in the third house of wrestling. This yoga is activated at the advent of the Narayana dasa of the Cancer at the age after 12. With the help of his brother (Mars) and the influence of the beneficial Saturn, he killed the 6th lord which represents uncle and enemy. Any malefic in 3rd house of arms, represents wrestler, where as here, Mars the martial planet and Rahu is placed in the 3rd house. His skillful playing with his Gopes represented by the benefic and the natural zodiac 7th lord Venus in the 3rd house. Q12: Is the episode of Govardhana hill being uprooted to protect His followers from the ire of Indra (Jupiter) a myth or is there some indication in the chart? Who won and why? What is the significance of this? What was the promise given by Sri Krishna? Does Jupiter become a benefic and follower of Krishna? In what form do we see this in the Mahabharata? A12:The episode of Govarthana giri is represented in the 5th house by the Jupiter, the eighth lord with the lord of 5th house Mercury representing the followers. Mercury being exalted is stronger than the Jupiter which is debilitated in the navamsa, so Lord won over the Indra. Mercury represents the earthy hills to protect. Yes Jupiter became beneficial and became the follower of Krishna through the son of Indra Arjuna. Q13: What is the Dharma of Sri Krishna and what are His desires? Is there a strong desire to establish Dharma? A13: I am confused in this case. The purpose of his birth is to reduce the burden of the earth by killing the burdened kshatriays. That is represented by the Saturn in the house of desire from the previous birth (seventh house). Apart from this he has revealed the true spiritual path of complete detachment and renunciation, required for the Kaliyuga by means of Bagavat Gita and the Supreme answers to the great Uddhava. This shown by the placement of Mercury and Jupiter in the 5th house in Rasi and 5th from the Karakamsa. The other indication is the aspect of Venus and Ketu on Saturn in the 7th house of family life. He has shown to the world, how a householder should perform his household duty and at the same time how to live without being attached to the household life. Q14: Which part(s) of His body were weak and why? What was His longevity i.e. period of stay in this world? Will Vimsottari Dasa work in such a case or is Narayana the only Dasa that can function? A14: I do not know exactly, but from the point of afflictions, the 7th house and 9th house are aflicted by the malefics. So, the parts below the naval and thighs were weak for the lord. Vimshottari dasa of 120 years starts from the Kaliyuga which begins after the death of Shri Krishna. So, only Narayana dasa is applicable in this case. The birth year is given by you i.e., 3227, the death year is given by Shri Ramakrishna Batt in Brihat Samhita translation as 3102. So, his stay must have been for 125 years. But, I personally feel that he might have completed the full 144 years of Narayana dasa. Thanks Your sisya Solai Kannan
