For Narayana dasa, to give a marriage dasa rasi must conjoin or aspect UL (or planets conjoined UL)or watery planets. Ketu and Venus are watery. (COVA 261)

This rule cannot apply for Sudasa according to my understanding. Sudasa shows blessings of Lakshmi and always dasa rasi associate with lagna or lord of the lagna give marriage.
