Guest guest
Namaste Gurudeva Sanjayji and Jyotishas I apologise for the long delay in re-attempting this lesson. You asked the question Will a Yogakaraka bring loss? If not this can indicate yoga due to foreign association. I read the article on "Other Yogas, Yogada, Yogakaraka". Is this paragraph written by you relevant to this question: "If the Yogakaraka is related to the Badhak place, then there will be obstruction to the Yoga. If the Badhak is conjoined Jupiter, then he did not serve his Guru or ate away the prasad meant for the deity. The solution lies in serving the Guru and offering a Naivedya & flower to Ista Devata. The Badhak will function in his real life in such a way that the fruits of his own Karma will be denied to him... the person works and others eat away the results......" If so please explain how it affects Saturn Yogakaraka for the chart in the 12th house. You also asked: Should natural malefics be strong or weak? I think both. A natural malefic who is Yogakaraka for a chart will be strong but their strength can be used for positive or negative purposes. A natural benefic if not well placed will not be very effective. I believe Karu wrote an e mail on this subject sometime ago. Comparing Hitler's and Mahatma Ghandhi's chart Mars is well placed in Hitler's chart (Ruchaka Yoga) but conjoined with other planets lead him to use this strength negatively (Karu). Mahatama's Mars is Libra made him a very charming but determined negotiator taking very powerful action with ahimsa. Please clarify the difference between natural and functional benefics and how they work. Thank you for your patience. Alexandra
