Om Gurave NamahDear Karu,

Lakshmi, as the world thinks is not the Goddess of wealth. She is the goddess of corn or grains. It is the shakti that helps us to sustain this body in this world. Kubera is a demi-god and an asura and is the God of wealth. How else can she be the spouse of Bhagavan? that is why She is the deity associated with taurus-venus...

Shiva is not the destroyer. Rudra is the destroyer and hence the name..Rudra..in whose going the world weeps. Shiva saves this body from premature death and finally makes the soul independant from the Mana to be delivered at the feet of Bhagavan. That is why when a pregnant woman dies or a soul becomes a spirit and is unable to cross over due to a strong attachment with the Mana, then the divine mother is worshipped as She can help cure the ails of the Manas and then Shiva delivers the soul. that is why shiva is the real Guru for all. He is the one who is Maheswara in any chart and shall be reckoned from the eithth from the Atmakaraka i.e. the ultimate 12th Rudra (if i can use that term) for the atma.

Best Wishes and good question

[Jaya Jagannath] Parvathi..

Jaya Jaya Jagannath,

Namasthe Gurudeva Sanjay or

any Guru or member who can help me,

Perhaps, my understandings are wrong, but hope to have a answer.

Vishnu is sustainer and no doubt we need gain or wealth (Lakshmi) to sustain.

Brahma is creator and we need knowledge (saraswathi) to create.

Shiva is destructor, but why and how shiva helped by (Parvati) "might" or stength to help ? Strength helpfull for sustain, not destruct.. ?

Hope your kind heart help me to understand this.

Hare Krishna,

Your Sishya

Hare Rama Krishna,

Pranam GuruDeva,

I am trying to do my assignments very belatedly.

Please excuse and correct me.

Lesson 1:

God: He is the Director and Producer of my human

life.I only wait for His cues and go on from there. I

consider myself a very ignorant person, dont know much

about anything, but only know for sure that the

allmighty power is there, every second guiding me.

I practice my karma, my duties though not perfectly

but to the best of my abilities and try to be a good

human being. My endevours are towards eliminating my

ego and trying to see every other living being as Gods

amsha.

A priest teaches us to worship God in a ritualistic

manner, and a Jyotish explains why each person has a

different life path, the karma(vasana) we are born with

and what we can do to better our karma phala for our

soul's onward journey.

Namaste,

Rema

Even it is well clear, that was a typo, I still think to apologize about my mistake as I have not cared about addressing Guru.

Om Gurave NamahDear Karu,

Read the Gita and think hard till the knowledge goes within. Refer to the Upanishads, Vedas, Bhagavatam etc to help you, but the Gita is the vedanta.

Best Wishes
