In my case, I had the desire to eat after vomiting and, with some food taken, it soothed a lot. Do you mean that ginger and black pepper would further aggravate this? I tried those today, and ginger seems to have further aggravated my hunger pmn> In the case of pitta induced vomiting, taking pomegranate juice pmn> or pineapple juice with cardamom seeds (elachi) can be helpful pmn> during the fasting.
