Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Visti, Namaste. Dear Sanjay, Namaste. Thankyou for enlightening me about the faith of Parasara. It seems that some people also misunderstood your teachings, in Cova as per, how to determine the Jamna Vighati. It was in chat with these people online, during which i ventured into these calculations and found the error, whilst rectifying a chart. I hoped that you would comment on the mail i wrote about "The sex of past life", however we should concentrate on mastering the indications of this life.. for now. To make it clear for the group members, the calculations are as follows: 1. Take the expired ghatis from Sunrise to birth time. 2. Multiply them by 60 to get the amount of Vighatis. 3. Roundup the amount of vighatis to the nearest integer. 4. Remove multiples of 9. Was it different from what I said? Example: In deep respect to Gauranga i've taken his horoscope as an example. Gauranga Das Born: Jan 9th 1971, 7:40 PM (1:00 East), (19e04;47n30) Sunrise occured at 7:33 AM 1. 19:40 - 7:33 = (12:07 / 24)*60 = 30,167.. ghatis 2. 30,167..* 60 = 1817,5 Vighatis <=> 3. 1818 vighatis passed. 4. Dividing this with 9 will give a remainder of 0, thus the Jamna Vighati is 9. The 9th Jamna Vighati is Ketu being Female, so definite adjustment is needed. Well. I'm not sure about this. Ketu is neuter, and he is placed in Leo, a male sign, so he may still give a male. Of course I'm not saying that I'm sure about my birth minute, but I was comfortable so fra with my chart upto D-60. Maybe we could adjust the Vighati by adding one, thus getting Sun. But I'm not sure, reflecting Gurudeva's thoughts on the role of the Vighati lord, which Graha is more important for me: Ketu or Sun. In respect to Sanjays previous teachings, Prana Pada should fall in a navamsa in trines/opposition to either Navamsa Moon or Navamsa Lagna. I took the liberty to calculate the Prana Pada as well. It falls in Libra Navamsa, which also suggest inacuracy. As per Jagannath Hora my Pranapada is in 28 deg 17 min Taurus, which is Virgo Navamsha, and this is in trines from Navamsha Lagna, which is als stronger than Navamsha Moon I think. Further insight should be done through event rectification. I preferably try to rectify D-24, as it will give a good minutes acuracy and then seek Prana Pada and Jamna Vighati rectification. D-24 seems quite strong to show Gaurangas intelligence and ideals, in education, however i'd rather wait for his confirmation first. With the support of Gauranga i'll continue this. I am comfortable with my D-24, and Narasimha and Gurudeva also confirmed it to be correct. I was also giving my D-60 on the list to Gurudeva, but He did not reply. I would be interested to knwo whether it's correct or not. Visti, please see if changing Vighati to Sun would change the D-60 Lagna.
