3rd house:malefic planet

Hi all

I was reading a document " SJC-Atri-Class-2-Part-2 "

which contains lecture by Sanjay Rath and found that

" if 3rd house contains malefic planets then everything

in life is attained after struggle " . 3rd is also house

of brother,courage among other things. It says that

planets in 3rd aspect planets in 9th house which is

house of luck so malefic disturb normal functionality

of luck.

 

I will want more information on this.

 

I have Rahu in 3rd house in my D1 chart. Rahu is

malefic so I want to know more info on dictum of 3rd

house.
