Bank Loan & Repayment (Ayushya of Loan)

Dear fellow Jyotishas,

 

I would like to indicate a case of " Bank Loan Receipt " & Its repayment

 

A native took a Bank Loan of a million Rupees for a purchase of house.

 

The Astrological Data of Reciept of Chaque from Bank is as follows.

 

12.08.2006, 17.00 appx., 72e50, 19n16 India --

 

The intresting thing is that The loan was taken for the period of 20

years and the Native hoped to repay the loan not before atleast 3 to5

years BUT the Loan was Completely repaid on 19.1.2007 i.e. within

less than 6 months. (19.1.2007, 12.02, 72e50, 19n16 India)

 

I checked the chart of Loan recd and focussed on 8th house primarily.

following facts are evident for the very short period (life) of Loan.

 

1) Dhanu lagna is rising and 8th house is aflicted by combination of

Saturn, Mercury, Sun & Venus - Mercury & Saturn are Marakas & venus

is very malefic for the lagna.

 

2) 8th lord Moon is afflicted by Rahu within close distance

3) Both the ,Lumiaries are afflicted by dire malefics

4) Lagna doesn't recv the aspect of Venus, Mercury or it's Lord

(jupiter).

 

It's a case of " Strong Balarishta " with no counter force and

eventually it proved as the life od the Loan account proved to be

very short.

 

Sucj exercise may be useful for answering the people who has question

regarding repayment of debts in addition to Prashna charts.
