What Planet is responsible for this scene which makes a Court house, although district level at Delhi, look like a public toilet in India. Spittoons have not been provided and even though a sign post warns against spitting on walls, the people attending/working at the court cannot resist the urge to paint the wall red with the spit that grows heavy in the mouth after chewing away at a *paan* (Indian betel leaf with nut and tobacco) like the holy cow!Of course we can always blame it on Saturn who is responsible for all the dirt. In the independence chart of India, we find courts (indicated by Libra) in the sixth house as Taurus rises in the ascendant. Venus the lord of Libra and the ascendant is placed in the third house with Saturn confirming this state of affairs of the court rooms. Is this only with court rooms or is this will all public properties and offices of the government? I don't know really. Given the chart with Saturn strongly influencing the lagna (national direction) and Lagna lord Venus with Saturn (utilized brain power - indicates donkey, which symbolizes Saturn brain power) and Saturn also aspecting the 5th house (overall public thinking)...God help us. Oh yes! we are all waiting for Lord Rama to come and do some miracle by which these court houses will look like heaven instead of toilets.I recall the words of an all time hero of mine - Henry Louis Vivian Derozio (if I could, I would give him a Nobel prize for free thinking...should that be noble prize)To My Native LandMy country! In thy days of glory pastA beauteous halo circled round thy browand worshipped as a deity thou wast—Where is thy glory, where the reverence now?Thy eagle pinion is chained down at last,And grovelling in the lowly dust art thou,Thy minstrel hath no wreath to weave for theeSave the sad story of thy misery!Well—let me dive into the depths of timeAnd bring from out the ages, that have rolledA few small fragments of these wrecks sublimeWhich human eye may never more beholdAnd let the guerdon of my labour be,My fallen country! One kind wish for thee!...more images to continue in this thread -- Posted By Pt.Sanjay Rath to Rath's Rhapsody at 1/30/2007 05:09:00 PM
