That means that on a particular thursday(Guruvar), the Moon is in Pushya nakshatra. Then " Amrit " is flowing freely. On this day(which must be checked according to the country of residence), there is NOT only " Gurupushyamrit " , but Purnima tithi as well and a rashi+graha drishti of Guru on the Moon!!! As per SBC, Moon in Pushya aspect Guru in Jyeshta,Ketu in P.Falg apect Moon in Pushya,Venus in Shatabisaka aspects Moon in Pushya- the focus being in Meena rashi as 3 planets aspect in in SBC. All these makes this " Gurupushyamrit " very unique, inded.
